When it comes to Indo-Chinese food, the real taste is the one which you get on the Street Food - The Chinese Stalls.

Raw Veggies getting saute , Spluttering Sauces, and tinge of Chilli smoke - When you are passing by the Stalls, it takes just few secs and you recognise it...hmmm...Chinese Food..

(Actually Indian Version of Chinese food...ie Indo-Chinese Food..)

Momos

Mommoozzzzzzzz...

People who are crazy for Momos would be able to understand the feeling which strucks them after hearing the word Momos...that excitement and happiness..

Momos...whether it be the filling of Cabbage, Potato , Carrot , Paneer, Soya , Maggi or anything...I would give equal stars to all the momos in taste

I can write Pages if anyone tells me to write about Momos(...Lol)...Well, For now Keeping excitement aside..

In the Picture are Momos with the filling of Cabbage+Cheese...and let me tell you..It was ultimate in taste...

I forgot to place Mayonnaise in the plate...Mayo is what takes Momos to the different level..

Veg Manchurian

Paneer Tikka

Capsicum, Paneer, Onion and Carrot marinated and well coated with Tandoor Masala and then put in the Sticks(Toothpick)

American Choupsey

Veg Lollipop

Veg Dry Manchurian

Tandoori Momos

Veg Chilli Kothey

Chowmein and Corn Manchurian Gravy

Wheat Flour Momos(Cabbage Carrot Cheese Filling)

Honey Chilli Potato

A starter snack from the indo-Chinese cuisine where fried potatoes are tossed in a spicy, sour Chilly and Soya sauce. This chilli potato is a semi-dry version and is simply addictive and tasty.

Lastly dripped the honey over it which had made the flavours in the dish to pop up.

Garnished with the sesame seeds and the handful of fresh Spring Onions

Veg triple Schezwan Noodles

Once again disappointed with this one. Don't know where my mind was i had put the sauce mixture twice resultant to which it become little sticky and I was unable to differentiate between Rice and Noodles. But it actually tasted Good.

Made of Boiled Rice, Noodles, Schezwan Sauce, Veggies(Green Beans, Carrot, Garlic, Onion) and Manchurian Balls

Manchurian Fried Rice

A simple plain boiled rice fried with Capsicum, Onions, Crispy Manchurian balls blended with the sauces. The taste is enhanced when served with the Manchow Soup. But here in image its just ready to cook hot and sour Soup.
