Caking and Baking...

I always had a belief that if ever i would need to improve myself in Cooking part then it would be for Baking. I had tried to bake few years back and it turned out to be disastrous which ultimately made me loose all my Confidence... :(

But Thanks to one of my Roomie for trying out Rava Cake...When it came out Perfect. It made me realize...Its not that difficult to bake...Lets give a try once...

Now its been 7-8 months we have been baking and made around dozens of Cakes...I had prepared this cake for my Papa's B'day(1st Apr'20)

Extra Spongy, Extremely Chocolaty with homemade Chocolate Syrup...

Grated with Chocolate and Almonds...Chocolaty Cake...

Cake Topping

One of my Bestie Roomiee's Midnight Cake and its Topping(22nd Apr'20)

It was sort of Adjustment Cake. As I had logged out late from Office work so had very little time to prepare for Midnight Surprise. I had Cadbury Chocolate, So the topping on the cake was made of -

1. Made the small balls of the Cadbury chocolate

2. Placed a bar of slices of Cadbury

3. I had few Til and Groundnut Laddu...So dipped the laddu in Chocolate syrup and placed it too...Haha..Adjustment..

Kaju Katli Sweet Butter Milk

My friend had bought a box of Kaju Katli when they visited our house. We ate so much of it for a week but still it was leftover in the box.

So I thought of giving a try of kaju flavoured Buttermilk. I grinded the Kaju Katli in fine paste, added sugar , Curd and Blended the mixture until it formed foam on the top...(Malaiii...)

Refrigerated for few hours and served it cold. It was really Yummilicious.

Amul Chocolate Cream Cake

One of my colleague suggested me to try Amul Dark chocolate in the Cake. Well I'm not much fan of Dark Chocolate so I replaced it with Milk Chocolate. Trust me, It was realllyyy Yummmyyy and tasted awesome.

Pista Malai Cake

Malai cake with extra sponginess and sweet Pistachios..

The bread had the flavour of Kesar, Pista and Cardamom...It was so Soft, fluffy, light and tasted unbelievable when wrapped under Silky Milk Cream(Malai).

This was the tastiest Cake I had ever made.

Mosambi flavored - Fruit Cake

This classic cake had the base of Wheat Flour with the Sweet lime(Mosambi) Syrup and Water Melon Pieces...It contained very very less amount of Sugar...turned out to be the Healthy Cake indeed.

Mango Juice

The most fascinating thing about Summer is Mangos. If someone asks me what I missed the most in this lockdown then its Alphonso Mangos.

Well this juice was from just simple Mango's. A Mango Pulp and bit sugar blended in a Jar, thats it Juice is ready.

It was my Cousin Sister's Fiance's B'day Celebration(18th Sept'20)...
